Our U14, U17, and U19 girls and boys participated in football and swimming regionals these past 2 months. The regionals tournament is undoubtedly the best way for a team to bond. Each player returned with medals/trophies and a heart full of core memories, experiences and learnings they will never forget. Spending the day with your players in hotel rooms, flights and long bus journeys creates irreplaceable connections with the players as well as coaches. At the NWR tournament , teams from all across the north west region take part. We had exceptional participation and remarkable achievements:

“My first NWR was an incredible experience. Going on a trip by air with my teammates was a fun and joyful feeling which made me believe that I was strongly connected to my team and along the way I am sure most of us made brand-new friends. The hotel and the stay there was quite enjoyable and sharing rooms and being around my team was very entertaining. the food there was fairly good. When we had reached the football field in Vapi Public School, we got a sense of what our opponents were like and after playing with them and winning the tournament we had loads of fun in the hotel pool. On the way back most of us were disappointed our memorable trip was over but were happy we were going to celebrate our victory with our school the next day.” - Aryavee Sharma Bose 8-E
“I'm so happy that we got to go for NWR again after 2 years of covid because that was one of the best school experiences I've ever had! It was so much fun. It was a very hot and long day at the competition, but the coaches that accompanied us were constantly checking up on the students, making sure they were staying hydrated and eating well. They arranged meal-boxes from the hotel to be sent to the competition and bought bananas for everyone to eat throughout the day. The competition was organised much better than last year with very good facilities. The hotel which we stayed at was amazing and the food was really good. After the competition we just hung around at the hotel. We spent almost 2-3 hours in the game room and the kitchen staff gave us biscuits that they had freshly baked” – Ayaana Raha 10-D
